I have secured flights in and out of Fort Lauderdale with Delta Airlines for your child’s travel to and from camp this summer. Please fill in the form below in its entirety for each child. Space is confirmed on a first come first serve basis, as there are a limited number of seats. 
I have secured one way options as usual, as it is in the best interests of the group. 
Please note that individual flights booked on your own cannot be connected to the group chaperoned flight. You would have to fly with your camper and meet the Camp bus. Please make sure you receive a CONFIRMATION from me, that your camper’s flight has been booked and paid for. Please see my number and email above.
